Flow Freely was founded by a mother and daughter who know this problem firsthand. Ava Cocchi has navigated menstrual challenges since her teenage years — and nothing fully prepared her for the unpredictability of perimenopause. She created Flow Freely because she wished these products had existed throughout her life.
Her daughter Bella, a college student who designs and hand-constructs the initial product prototypes, represents the next generation of consumers Flow Freely is built to serve. Together, they bring an authenticity and lived experience to the brand that no large corporation can replicate.
Ashley Staller, Ava's sister and company media coordinator, brings the brand's voice and visibility to life. With her own teenage daughter entering this chapter, Ashley ensures that the Flow Freely message resonates across generations — honest, playful, empowering, and shame-free.
